The Sleep Self Study program is designed for learners who have the foundational knowledge of sleep and have some experience in the sleep lab. We recommend that participants challenge the credentialing exam within two weeks of completing the courses to set themselves up for success.

The content can be accessed on the learning management system for 6 months from the date of registration for the course.
