Before joining Maple Respiratory Group, Harold honed his skills and leadership as the General Manager of a USD 30+ million organization, where he oversaw multiple business units and implemented critical ERP systems. His tenure as the Financial Controller in a previous organization further solidified his reputation as a leader capable of developing business strategies, managing intricate financial and logistical operations, and fostering strong team dynamics.
With a CPA, and an MBA from INCAE Business School, where he graduated 2nd in his class. His commitment to continuous learning and professional development is exemplified by his attainment of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and participation in the CFO’s Executive Program at CPA Alberta.
